This class covers the profound teaching of the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali in a way that conveys to students their usefulness in practicing the ancient art of yoga today. The Bhagavad Gita is considered a timeless piece of literature and Ravi beautifully illustrates the relevance of this epic tale in the modern world. From the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Ravi will focus on the central theme of awakening or enlightenment and encourages students to bring questions about this important piece of Hindu philosophy.
