A Yoga Series Applied to Daily Activities with Susanne Kemmerer

to women only; pre-registration is required.
About the Series
Susanne will first assess particular needs of the students. She will
then introduce and elaborate on her unique approach to revitalize the
health through inner strength originating from what the Japanese call
Hara and the Yogies call Mula Bandha.
This hands-on approach will show how one can access the three layers of
the pelvic floor and apply that understanding to yoga postures as well
as to other daily activities. Over the last twelve years, working with
men and women, Susanne has had remarkable success in helping yoga
students and patients with various challenges including:
- Post delivery issues
- Descending organs
- Incontinence
- Lower back problems
- SI Joint pain
- Hip joint pain
- Neck problems
About Susanne
Susanne Kemmerer has worked as a licensed physical therapist in full
practice since 1981. As a child in Germany she would often accompany her
physician parents in their rounds; this early exposure to working
intimately with the body has gifted her with healing hands. Ramanand
Patel recalls hearing a 75-year-old Indian lady say to Susanne, "You
have made me 30 years young again!"
