Advance your practice. Find your teaching voice.
This 200-hour in-depth training will provide you with invaluable tools for self-discovery and transformation while you gain the skills you need to lead a classroom with confidence, knowledge, and authenticity.
Each week will include rigorous training in asana technique, anatomical awareness, philosophy, and teaching methodology. You will apply this knowledge throughout the program by practice teaching, building sequences, and receiving compassionate feedback. Developed by Jason Crandell, this training is rooted in an intelligent system of vinyasa yoga, one that emphasizes biomechanical precision balanced by fluid movement and mindfulness practices. You will learn to create a thorough, healthy practice for your unique body and mind, and from that foundation, you'll build your path as a teacher.
