Somatics at the Loft SF
The Loft SF continues to round out its somatics programming in 2012 and is excited to once again host former 321 Divisadero resident and co-founder of Tamalpa Institute, Daria Halprin. Daria will be teaching a Master Class called The Expressive Body on Saturday, March 24 from 1-5:30pm (you can register through Tamalpa Institute at www.tamalpa.org).
Also in 2012, The Loft SF will be hosting a number of other teachers who bring us various practices and techniques for helping us find a connection between our bodies and minds and a resonance between our inner and outer selves. Check the schedule for:

Yoga at the Office
Employers and employees evaluating on-site/workplace yoga are invited to join us at the studio for free, 60-minute classes. Each class is themed around common workplace issues and address mental and physical stress, tight neck and shoulders, low back problems, and general fatigue.
