Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is the best childbirth preparation you can do, no matter how you are envisioning your birth. It is also a great way to help you have a comfortable pregnancy, get ready for your new baby, and connect with a community of other pregnant women. This class is an extraordinary opportunity to learn from San Francisco’s most popular prenatal yoga teachers, birth doulas, and childbirth educators.

Classes will consist of:

  • A variety of yoga poses presented in a way that meet your individual needs.
  • Breathing techniques for more comfortable birthing
  • Practicing deep relaxation in active and restorative yoga poses
  • Learning ways to move your body to get more comfortable and facilitate optimal fetal positioning
  • Stretching, strengthening, and giving yourself and your baby lots of oxygen!

Yoga for Moms & Babies

This class is for mothers and babies. The class provides gentle movement interaction between mother and baby and yoga practice for mothers. Moms will do some yoga stretches for release of tension in the shoulders and spine and for rebuilding abdominal strength.   Learn More
Yoga for Kids

Yoga practice is for everyone, kids included! This class introduces kids (ages 4-9) to the joys and benefits of yoga. By engaging the imagination in the active play of practice, kids see how simple it can be to learn ancient yogic traditions auch as sun salutations, yoga postures, and breathing techniques.
